It is a set of initiatives that demonstrate our daily commitment at every level.

Certified PME+, since 2024, our approach has been built around four pillars that guide our thinking and practices and shape our future, creating a virtuous cycle:

Taking care of the women and men who make up Foodiz, by fostering our employees’ commitment and employability and by supporting food solidarity in our communities.

Planet

Reducing our environmental footprint and protecting natural resources by taking action on climate change, biodiversity, and circularity.

To ensure the quality, safety, and accountability of our products by promoting local, transparent, and environmentally responsible sourcing.

To promote sustainable and shared prosperity, based on long-term value creation, solidarity, and contributions to regional development.

What is the core of this approach?

A dedicated governance structure, cross-functional working groups, and a CSR steering committee responsible for monitoring action plans,
to share results and ensure continuous improvement. 
8% of the Group’s workforce is currently actively involved in our initiative.

Because improvement means working together, we work with you every day.

Our waste reduction strategy

We are making the fight against waste and the reinvention of our production models a strategic priority.

Waste management presents a real opportunity to turn our environmental impacts into useful resources. 

Launched last January, this strategy is already yielding very promising results and encourages us to go even further in the months and years ahead.

Réduire notre impact est une priorité qui guide chacune de nos réflexions, décisions et actions.

Dans cette optique, nous nous engageons à prioriser la réduction de nos déchets sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : en amont, via le choix de nos emballages et de nos fournisseurs ; dans nos sites de production, en optimisant nos process ; et en aval, en orientant nos invendus vers le don, le déstockage ou la revalorisation.

Nous travaillons à inscrire nos progrès dans une trajectoire durable avec un projet d’envergure 2025-2028 mobilisant l’ensemble de nos équipes, sur tous nos sites, afin d’atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
